Potluck-fundraiser, July 2018

     In July 2018, Parkland Hills Village (prior to the expansion of our service area to include Southeast Heights neighborhood, prior to dropping "Hills" from our name, and prior to incorporating) held its first potluck-fundraiser at the home of Board members John and Bernice.  During dinner, we gave a presentation about our goals for the Village, fielded questions, and introduced members of the then-Steering Committee.  The presentation was followed by a musicl program, including a trio (two recorders and viola da gamba) by Steering Committeee member Rich Weiner and two friends, and folk music written and sung by Village supporter, Jacques Dorier.
