Nusenda, our local credit union, will be back on Tuesday, November 16, to share an evening with us.  The title, Friends You Can Trust, refers to agencies we can trust to help with difficult-to-solve issues.  For the first half of this forum, Nusenda will share their list of "trusted friends" with us and their reasons they believe we should trust them.  Nusenda has vetted these agencies.  The second half of the forum will about participants sharing with everyone the agencies they trust to deal with specific issues.  In keeping with one of the primary purposes of the the Village -- strengthening a sense of community, the second half will present an opportunity for neighbors to get to know each other.  We will meet in small breakout groups in which people can more easily talk to each other while sharing their lists of resources, and then we will share our lists in the larger group.
