Exploring the Private Spaces of the Southeast Heights and Parkland Hills neighborhoods 

Send your photos of Southeast Heights and Parkland Hills private spaces for our 2023 calendars and cards.

Contest Details

All images and information due by 5pm, July 31^st, 2022.

Can you submit your photo as a 300dpi photograph at 11 inches on the long side? If not, we can do that for you, but send the largest possible file you can. Set your camera at high resolution.  

12 Winning Photos will be selected to appear in our calendar and boxed note card sets of 12.

Jurors: Two professional photographers will choose the winners.  They are members of the Albuquerque Photographers Gallery in Old Town.  Photos will be judged solely on their merits.  No names will be attached to photos.

First Prize: Your photo will be on the cover of the calendar.  Your photo will be printed and framed professionally by Bob Laetare of The Artistic Image.  You will receive 2 calendars and 2 note card sets.

Winners: All other winners will receive one calendar and one card set. You will be credited on cards and calendars, in press, website, newsletters, and promotions. All winners will be given the opportunity to exhibit at the Albuquerque Photographers Gallery in Old Town in Late Fall. You will also be invited to show at Matrix Fine Art in Nob Hill.

I understand that my image will be used as a fund-raising effort for Parkland Village. While the copyright remains with me, I am allowing the organization to use the submitted image for the calendar and card. Reprints are allowed, as well as use of the image on the web site to advertise the project and in any other advertising materials. Small cropping might be necessary for aspect ratio.
